Recruitment for

our Client we are currently looking for a person for the position of Global Marketing - Senior Manager Revenue Growth.

The major purpose of the role is Revenue Growth strategy development in different Business Units depending on Category roles and constant Strategy implementation in close collaboration with the regions to reach Sales and Profit targets.

Global Category and Brands pricing strategy creation for Key markets based on internal and external regional positioning with Nominal pricing corridors creation for Key markets to ensure right brand positioning across the regions.

Global Merchandising strategy by brands and guidance of following guidelines.

Be a center of Analytical HUB providing different comprehensive analysis and making simulation for business cases in different Business areas.

Systems development to ensure Revenue growth strategy and Category price positioning implementation across the regions and support automation of Pricing management

Your responsibilities

  • Global Revenue Growth strategy development for the Business Units

  • Develop implementation of Revenue Growth strategy by region and Category

  • Constantly drive implementation in close collaboration with regional marketing teams

  • Global Category and Brands pricing strategy creation together with Global product Marketing and integrated to Global EUCIS region

  • Sales and Profit simulation scenarios for different Price positioning for

  • System development of Price corridors with market ratios to ensure regional implementation of Global positioning

  • Global Merchandising guidelines per Category and Brand

  • Global governance of Merchandising policy in the regions

  • Drive various cross-functional analytical projects driven by Marketing initiatives and goals including Growth Revenue team

  • Communication of Key learnings and also fine-tuning of the strategy and process if needed

  • Pricing management automation by setting market black prices and selling prices with levels using ratios against Key market and competition

  • Pricing corridors for the products per market

  • Able to communicate using data to influence key decisions and have the ability to calculate and influence results. Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions.

  • Able to lead matrix managed teams. Excellent project management skills; able to make sure work output of others is delivered on-time and accurately. Strong time management.

  • Strong people management and development experience with a track record of getting others to execute efficiently towards a common and understood goal.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills managing to be fully aligned the regional and global stakeholders and good in collaboration way of working

  • Result-oriented, flexible and willing to work in a multi-cultural, multi-task and dynamic work environment. Good at handling conflicts and stressful situations. Able to perform multiple tasks and objectives. Proactive.
