Senior Market Intelligence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and supervising marketing research (quantitative and qualitative methods),
  • Analyzing and presenting research results,
  • Cooperating with research agencies,
  • Lead and develop performance tracking to provide consistent and clear guide to Senior Management on brand performance and business opportunities,
  • Prepare deep-dive analyses to address day-to-day business questions,
  • Deliver insights & recommendations to the steak holders, 
  • Development of company strategies,
  • Monitor local trends and consumer habits,
  • Work on international projects,
  • Shift European  practices into local market,
  • Cooperate with European and Korean insights teams.

Our expectations:

  • Education: marketing, sociology, psychology or mathematics,
  • Min 5 years of experience in market research,
  • Excellent Communication skills and fluent in English,
  • Knowledge of techniques and issues related to conducting market research (eg. FGI, IDI, online research, desk research, quantitative surveys, omnibus),
  • Market insight technical expertise - experience and understanding across full breadth of market insight techniques - retail, consumer panels, loyalty data, market mix, trends, segmentation,
  • Knowledge of the market/technology industry,
  • Knowledge of marketing, media and sales,
  • Analytical and planning skills,
  • Ability to search for information,
  • Ability to simplify messages & to transform figures into visual information,
  • Autonomous & curious,
  • Ability to build good relationship,
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
