Senior Marketing Specialist
WORKPLACE: Wrocław

Our brand Salescode by Hemmersbach is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist, who will contribute in social media campaigns, SEO productivity, website management, lead generation and offline marketing projects. A vital connection to advocate digital marketing practices and offline projects.

 

Your tasks:

  • Creation and development of new and target-tailored online marketing campaigns, as well as optimization of already ongoing campaigns (focusing on SEO, SEA and LinkedIn campaigns)
  • Organic content distribution (e.g. deep blog content)
  • Monitoring campaign performance and analysis of KPIs such as new lead generation, conversion rates and cost observation
  • Development and execution of lead generation strategies
  • Managing offline marketing projects within the Salescode Marketing Department from start to finish (including trade shows, print projects and/or project organization)

Our requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications or equivalent training and experience
  • Online marketing knowledge with at least 1 year of relevant work experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Strength in analyzing business-relevant KPIs
  • Practical Excel knowledge
  • Awareness of the term Inside Sales within B2B, knowledge of the software industry
  • Ability to interpret data, metrics, trends and draw conclusions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Being a team-player within an international team of professionals
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), German is considered an asset
  • Ability to learn quickly and to work independently
  • Self-motivated, proactive and an overall hands on mentality
