About the project

We are looking for detail-oriented and efficient developer who has experience in analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of context. Our candidate understands Agile methodologies, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English spoken and written – a must, German in plus) allowing him/her to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The person we are looking for represents growth mindset, willingness to learn, problem solving skills and is a big time team player.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop production-level code for a modern application in Unix based environments (Microsoft Azure)

  • Participate in requirements analysis

  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

  • Analysing system requirements and prioritizing tasks

  • Producing clean, testable code using .NET Stack

  • Review and refactor code

  • Deploy fully functional applications

  • Upgrade, configuring and debugging existing systems

  • Improve existing software

  • Provide technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications

  • Support junior developers’ work

  • Ensure code quality by using unit tests (TDD), code reviews, and CI/CD practices

  • Participate in both development of new features and supporting already existing ones

  • Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

  • Document and maintain software functionality

  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Our requirements

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, System engineering or a related field (quite important!)

  • Proven experience as .NET Core and ASP.NET Core applicationsor Application Developer

  • Minimum 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of C#, .NET or .NET Core, familiarity with the Entity Framework, LINQ, ASP.NET framework, design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)

  • Knowledge and experience with architecture styles/APIs (REST Api, Websockets, WFC, WAF, RPC)

  • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns

  • Cloud experience, Knowledge and experience with Cloud Providers (MS Azure services)

  • Knowledge and experience in relational database systems with .NET (Solid skills in SQL (T-SQL/MS SQL Server))

  • Knowledge and experience working with VCS(Git), Github pipelines, branching, pull request.

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Agile Kanban)

  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts

  • Proficient ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to search help sites such as Stackoverflow, forums.

  • Solid architecture, design, and debugging skills

  • Growth mindset, willingness to learn, problem-solving skills, and being a real team player

  • Great communication skills in English (written and spoken), German in plus
