Your responsibilities

An outstanding opportunity to join us as an Senior Non-Financial Risk Controller in our Intra-Group Service Management (IGSM) team. In this role, you independently contribute to day-to-day operations as well as ensure ongoing Bank’s compliance with EBA (European Banking Authority) Guidelines and other regulations. You proactively engage with the all lines of defense groups and partner with the IGSM management on execution of our strategy. Our portfolio of tasks arises from the IGSM Framework – a standard, robust & sustainable model with global common minimum standards to manage the Intra-Group Outsourcing Arrangements (‘IGOAs’) (including all components such as Global Master Subscription Agreement (GMSA), Service Catalogue, Service Matrix, Inherent Risk, Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring), involves working with the IGSM Tool (GOST) and driving efficiencies and improvements. Within the role, you partner with the IGSM Manager on initiatives with regards to process controls & procedures (including of design and onboarding to BAU), risk mitigation as well as efficiency gains on day-to-day operations, including various reportings. You also support change management delivery programme, especially, though not limited to, with respect to EBA (European Banking Authority) Guidelines’ requirements, including execution of the EBA Controller Function and process, as per defined mandate and stabilising EBA requirements in BAU. Your role will also entail advising the Entity Outsourcing Managers on IGSM processes and procedures in line with Intra-Group Outsourcing Policy.

The Intra-Group Service Management organization is within the CFO function. Our dedicated IGSM BaU team is exceptionally driven and hardworking and as part of the team, you will work on some of the most complex and challenging regulatory driven initiatives in the area of outsourcing including outsourcing/service chains and senior stakeholders’ advisory on both Framework and regulatory requirements. Our requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in at least one of the fields: outsourcing, compliance, risk, process, project or business management including portfolio of processes’ improvement proven track record. Your previous position(s) would ideally also involve organization-wide processes, reporting and day-to-day collaboration with senior management.

  • Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills and experience with forming and maintaining senior management relationships.

  • Effective influencing and communication skills - a sparring yet principled partner for senior management.

  • Results oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and is able to re-prioritise as required

  • Ability to work with set deadlines and change focus as needed

  • Good time management. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure

  • Strong Excel skills and delivery of professional PowerPoint presentations.

  • A team oriented professional with an ability to multi-task in a dynamic and high pressure environment. Ability to learn and passionate about sharing knowledge with the team.
