Your responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and execute digital campaigns that generate inbound B2B leads.
- Work with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other ad platforms.
- Prepare ideas and content for ads (with the support of a graphic designer) and build landing pages.
- Cooperate with an SEO agency and take part in the execution of SEO strategy.
- Create new webpages using WordPress CMS and optimize existing ones.
- Measure results, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Take part in the development of marketing automation campaigns.
- Work as a part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketing, Sales, Technology) focused on boosting our growth in the USA and Western Europe.
Our requirements
- Have at least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and 3+ years in B2B lead generation for software houses or IT companies.
- Have practical knowledge of and experience in using SEO and SEM activities to generate inbound B2B leads.
- Are open-minded, goal-focused, and like to dig deep to find new and effective ways of reaching out to your target markets.
- Are not afraid to ask "Why" and propose your marketing ideas.
- Are familiar with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Semrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Sales Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
- Have experience using sponsored campaigns on online platforms like Clutch.co to generate leads.
- Have excellent English speaking and writing skills (B2 at least) - You will be working on campaigns targeting US, UK, and the EU.
