Your responsibilities
Verifying Import/Export documents for accuracy and/or auditing them to ensure declarations are timely and accurate.
Inputting (keying) and auditing data in internal database.
Interacting with the client and client-related parties (communication, follow up).
Providing requested data to the client.
Escalating issues timely, as needed in accordance with process procedures.
Understanding and applying international trade rules and regulations.
Supporting team leaders in the management of customers' customs compliance processes and providing analysis.
Supporting the training of new joiners and teammates and taking on the role of "mentor".
Taking certain processes’ ownership.
Our requirements
A college degree.
At least 4 years of experience in the related field.
Good analytical skills.
Detailed oriented.
Proven interest in International Trade and Supply Chain.
At least intermediate level of English required. Additional language would be an asset (Russian, French, Arabic, German, Romanian).
Good teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Good organizational, communication and customer service skills.
