Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as Senior Operations Specialist to expand our Fee Management team. In this position you ensure that Structured Product fees as well as regulatory penalties out of securities settlements are managed and processed in a timely, precise manner and are accurately booked. You work in a dynamic environment where you act as a professional partner to our many stakeholders, such as Group Finance, Tax and Front Offices. You are also able to assist actively in managing process improvements and technical changes.

We are looking for

A successfully completed studies. Master degree in finance and/or business would be an asset.
A proven background and experience in securities settlements, financial accounting knowledge is profitable.
The ability to rise to many different challenges; analyze a problem and propose solutions, act appropriately, responsibly to manage and mitigate risks at all stages.
Proven ability to manage multiple challenging priorities and assignments while demonstrating risk awareness, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Skilled working in Excel.
Outstanding communication skills with very good command of the English and German language (spoken and written). German language would be an added value but is not obligatory.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a corporate environment.
