Your responsibilities
Receive order and check against contract
• Plausibility check of the commercial conditions; comparison of specifications; contract review, credit check;
• Coordination of changes/differences in commercial condition and missing information with Internal Sales,
• Review of Schaeffler Store data and, if necessary, insertion of the price, comparison of quotation and order.
• Maintenance of reason for rejection in the offer (reason for rejection "order received")
• If applicable, check order confirmation prerequisites (e.g. letter of credit, financing, export control) and check against order book
Create and book order
• Manual Entry of order data in the operational ERP system
• One-time Setup EDI Delivery Schedule Header
• Maintenance and rebooking of sales orders, EDI Header and Frame Contracts in case of production relocation or Phase-In/Phase-Out Process based on Input/Advise from “Perform manual Scheduling”
Trigger Capacity Check
• Validation of confirmation date vs. Lead time and/or inquiry
• Handover to Demand Processing in case of deviations
Create and send order confirmation
• Send mass order confirmations to dedicated customers
• Manual Rework of Order Confirmations based on agreed service level
Our requirements
University degree
A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a customer service or demand management position of an international organization
Comprehensive knowledge of Schaeffler Group's market and products
Excellent English and advanced German language skills (C-Level)
Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module, SAP APO, Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
Good verbal and written communication skills
