Senior Payroll Analyst EMEANumer ref.: 6-14-63306/P 12

For our Client, new Company on Krakow market which is building a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of Senior Payroll Analyst EMEA. It is a chance to take part in transition of processes for a new SSC.

Workplace: KRAKÓW
Duties:

  • Coordinate the processing of all global payroll cycles through provider including regular payroll runs and offcycles
  • Perform all info type and time compares before each payroll run to ensure accuracy within SAP
  • Checking all payroll reports to identify payroll issues before processing and conducting root cause analysis for correction
  • Lead and provide guidance regarding the time systems on various payroll/time projects
  • Reconciling payroll to the general ledger and coordination for all global payroll funding and third-party payments
  • Answering employee’s Tier 2 and Tier 3 payroll and time inquiries
  • Assist with year-end processes for all countries to ensure successful year end including all required government forms
  • Reviewing all retro pay adjustments for accuracy
  • Prepare payroll forecast versus actual report for analysis and to provide to Treasury for forecast and cash flow funding purposes
  • Work with provider as payroll’s point of contact to identify and resolve all global payroll processing issues and find ways to correct these issues moving forward
  • Establish and maintain measurable global payroll metrics to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement.
  • Report metrics and provide recommendation for process improvements to management
  • Report SLA results and identify and implement process solutions for improvements

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • 3-5 years of experience on simmilar position
  • Experience in EMEA payroll (especially Belgium, Sweden, France, UK)
  • Experience in answering employees on global payroll problems
  • Experience with SAP/Success Factors and Ms Office (Excel)
  • Experience in outsourced payroll organization will be an asset
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to accuracy
  • Very good communication and ability to build solid relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues
