Your responsibilities

  • Independent calculation of remuneration, preparation and settlement of payrolls and their derivatives for full-time employees and cooperating persons,

  • Entering data into the HR and payroll system,

  • Calculating holidays, sickness benefits and other absences,

  • Responsible for settlement of the PPK program,

  • Preparation of payroll transfers,

  • Preparation of ZUS, PIT, PFRON, GUS declarations,

  • Co-creation of procedures and regulations,

  • Preparation of tax declarations, certificates of employment and remuneration for employees and former employees (at the request of employees and external institutions - ZUS, Tax Office, banks).

  • Creating reports and summaries for the internal needs of the company,

  • Accounting for business trips,

  • Supporting the Global payroll Team,

Our requirements

  • Education in the area of ​​finance, human resources or employment law,

  • At least 3 years of experience gained while working in a similar position,

  • Knowledge of employment law, provisions of the Income Tax Act and knowledge of the application of copyright tax deductible costs, provisions of the Social Insurance Institution,

  • Ability to use HR and payroll programs, good knowledge of the ENOVA, Workday, Płatnik is desirable,

  • Highly developed organizational skills, responsibility, diligence and accuracy,

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, communication skills, the ability to work in a team,

  • Excellent written and verbal English,

  • Experience in working in an international company is desirable,

  • Knowledge of MS Office package,

  • A self-starter who can work on their own initiatives with minimal supervision,

  • Highly flexible, including willingness to work flexible hours at peak times.

Main purpose of the role & responsibilities in the business:

As a Senior Payroll Associate at Kainos, you will be responsible for the amount of remuneration paid to the employees of the Polish company additionally, you will be part of the broader Finance team supporting the Global Payroll Team.
