Recruitment for
For our internatonal client we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with deep knowledge of Polish payroll to join the team supporting clients in Poland.
Your responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing clients’ payroll records (current employees, new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, wage changes, transfers etc.)
- Ensuring that all payroll, accounting, and auxiliary system requirements are met (e.g., tax filings, banking requirements, wage garnishments, benefits, stock, and pension record keeping)
- Responsibility for running appropriate reports, analyzing data, and determining necessary corrective actions
- Effectively applying client payroll policies and procedures
- Keep the documentation up-to-date and accurate
- Additional corrections and manual data inputs
- Create reconciliation reports in SAP and import them to Platnik following the process of validation and correction
Employer requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Polish Payroll
- Good and communicative knowledge of English (min. B1/B2 level)
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Platnik
- Proficient with word and excel
- Client service skills both written an oral
- Strong self-initiative and highly motivated individual
- Willingness to business trips (once a month)
