Your responsibilities
Overseeing & delivering Google ads Campaigns – with a data-driven approach, and goal-oriented attitude within the group of targeted markets
Preparing and supervising initiatives that will generate growth/increase conversions rates
Working with translators and local freelancers on localizing our marketing activities by suggesting new products
Optimizing & growing all types of Google ads campaigns – continually learning & experimenting with creatives, bids & audiences
Tracking and reporting KPI delivery, having the freedom to make your own decisions, and taking responsibility for ROI of the particular marketing budget
Analyzing and preparing KPI reports
Our requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience, directly running and supervising large performance marketing campaigns
Demonstrated ability to run, optimize & grow Google Ads campaigns on large scales
Proven and successful track record of B2B advertising
Vast knowledge of Google marketing products, customer acquisition techniques and up-to-date knowledge about market trends
Analytically-minded and result-oriented personality
Exceptional analytical skills, high level of Google Analytics knowledge and the ability to use it to drive insights and optimize campaigns performance
Fluent in English
Advanced knowledge of German OR French

Previously working in an international start-up environment
Practical Excel Skills
Knowledge of different acquisition sources
Knowledge of Segment, Mix panel, Amplitude and Power BI
Technical SEO knowledge
