Your responsibilities

  • Support delivery and governance of projects with project and delivery portfolio reporting – adhering to standards, processes, and methods,

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement of project/portfolio reporting and analytic capabilities,

  • Ensure effective, efficient, and accurate recording and reporting of all project approvals, spend, and data, such as milestones, scope, expenditure, risks, issues and status,

  • Provide periodic analysis and performance reporting on portfolios, major programs and projects for Senior management,

  • Analyze and draw insights from portfolio and projects data and share with Senior management to improve decision making,

  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in project delivery.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or information technology OR equivalent 5-7 years’ experience working within business,

  • Experience in using and managing project management processes and reporting,

  • Experience with PPM tools and PMO reporting templates,

  • Experience with PPM tools and PMO reporting templates, Excel, PowerBI and Powerpoint,

  • Project Management Certification (PMP / PMI / PRINCE2 /PMBOK or equivalent) desirable,

  • Advantageous if you have Financial understanding including basic controlling knowledge, business case development and benefits realization,

  • Strong integrity and business ethics,

  • Very good German and English.
