You will join an international, globally well-known company from the facilities management industry, that is building the new global technology center team in Poland, Warsaw.
Your responsibilities
Our client is looking for a project professional that successfully manages business transformations across a multicultural organizational through excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management. On the Senior PMO Lead position you will drive governance, planning, follow-up and performance reporting for large multidisciplinary global IT projects portfolios in dialogue with Programmes Managers, Programme SteerCo’s and the receiving organizations.

Ensuring that the project applies the company's PMO minimum standards, governance, and principles in an efficient manner
Safeguarding that the projects are delivered in a standardized, efficient and repeatable manner driving solid predictable benefit realization
Facilitate fast yet founded decision-making as a result of data, consistent follow-up and decision/action documentation
Enhancing transparency and one source of project truth to the overall programme progress
Supporting effective portfolio communication and organisational readiness across platforms and stakeholders
Driving the planning and tracking of cost, time and resources supporting the business case and projected benefits
Building an effective governance and reporting structure across the programmes
Driving decision making to ensure that projects and programmes within portfolio can proceed at high speed
Coordinating the Portfolio timeline and deliverables with other Portfolios
Planning the various project phases well in advance of the Portfolio needs and challenges ahead
hat you'll need to succeed
Minimum 10 years’ experience as Programme Manager or Portfolio Manager in an international environment driving complex IT business transformation across multiple countries
Experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Security and Operations
Strong networker with ability to cultivate and maintain a strong and trustful relationship with key stakeholders across the organization
Experienced with programme & project management methodology and tools
Experience with navigating complex issues
Strong presentation skills, influencing and facilitation skills and the ability to work, interact and navigate among senior and multiple stakeholders
