About the project
Be part of the leading Global team driving Philips Business System (PBS) enterprise-wide implementation and evolution, enabling Philips Transformation as focused leader in Health Technology Solutions.
In this respect, several complex programs have been identified in which the PMO ensures that all are running in line with the agreed timelines and budget and that the key stakeholders are kept up to date.
You will be actively supporting multiple projects under PBS Transformation portfolio.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the Project Managers in execution and monitoring of the project plans creation and maintenance, monitoring and reporting of the project KPIs
Developing and managing the program roadmaps at multiple levels, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
Developing positive relationships with teams to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects
Ensuring project management standards are followed (e.g. change request, risk, issues & dependencies registration and monitoring)
Continuously evaluating project deliverables to ensure they are compliant with Philips standards
Responsible for organizing key meetings, preparing presentation slides and following up on action closure
Our requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in Project Management / PMO as part of an international organization
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be an advantage
Ability to handle ambiguity and drive decision making focusing on internal customers
Experience in portfolio management is a plus
Presentation and communication skills: ability to effectively convey ideas in diverse situations, tailor communication to the audience, and build consensus through fact-based discussions
Ability to manage complex environments and multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities
Ability to anticipate risks, act proactively and problem solve as needed
Knowledge and experience in MS Office tools (MS Teams, Power Point, Excel , etc)
