In this role, you will cover the following:

  • Planning and Scope management
  • Change control
  • Financial and resource monitoring
  • Risk and issue reporting
  • Progress reporting
  • Compliance and quality management

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Supporting program management team in deploying the program management framework.
  • Manage delivery of key components of PMO framework, such as: Planning, Scope and Change control, Financial and resource monitoring, Progress reporting, Risk and issue reporting.
  • Ensuring delivery of PMO framework in terms of Compliance with Banks’ standards and quality management and manages deployment of PMO standard tools, templates and processes.
  • Improving the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the program/project delivery capability.

The Finance Change Program Management Support team delivers a support to program management of large FC programs. In this role you will be responsible for setting up a PMO framework and governance, and providing support to program management team and key partners.

You Offer

Must have:

  • Proven experience in Project Management, PMO, Finance or related roles
  • Ability to work independently and to be effective at prioritizing a varied workload under challenging deadlines
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detailed understanding of the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Solid ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • You hold a professional certification, such as PMP / Prince2 / AgilePM
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape of the investment banking sector
  • Experience in a change function within a financial institution/professional services
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, CA Clarity PPM tool, Jira
