Your responsibilities

  • Market insight for the on-premise/on-cloud/SaaS market of BSS, Charging & Billing and Contact Center, execute sales leads and opportunities incubation accordingly for market exploitation in Europe.

  • Execute market exploitation strategies, engage with target customers, analyze the pain points of customers, find the corresponding solution and present the business value to cultivate the purchase intention of customers.

  • Responsible for the solution design for BSS, Charging & Billing and Contact Center opportunities, clarifying with customers and present the unique value to customers to win the project.

  • Communicate with CXO level customers, build the connection between Huawei BSS, Charging & Billing and Contact Center solutions and customers/industry.

  • Be responsible for project exploitation and sales orders accordingly.

Our requirements

  • 10+ years’ sales or market exploitation experience in BSS, Charging & Billing system and Contact Center On-Premise or SaaS domain, Charging & Billing system and Contact Center, being familiar with the European market;

  • Have certain industry influence in the BSS/Charging & Billing SaaS or On-Premise, Contact Center SaaS, have constructed sales channels, such as good connections with Carriers, MVNOs and small and medium-sized enterprises;

  • Strong communication skills with customers CXO level. Have a strong sense of software on-premise or SaaS market development. Be able to communicate with customers proficiently in English or local languages, be able to accept cross-border business trips in Europe;

  • Good understanding of customer requirements, be able to deeply understand and analyze customer requirements, strong goal-oriented, good teamwork awareness, and project management capabilities;

  • Familiar with Cloud Native architecture;

  • Familiar with BSS/Charging & Billing/Contact Center system capabilities;

  • Have many years of sales experience with Carriers, MVNOs, and enterprise customers;

  • Deep market insights in BSS/Charging & Billing/Contact Center;

  • 10+ years experience in BSS BSS/Charging & Billing/Contact Center is preferred;

  • Bachelor & above

  • Language requirements: English as a working language.

  • Open to frequent business trips within Europe around 30% of the time.
