Your responsibilities

  • Support Operations with regular Insight Dashboards preparation on regular and ad hoc basis

  • Support with KPI analyses and data insight for Operations, present high level conclusions based on the data analytics

  • Analyse the data from the efficiency perspective (time, volume, cost)

  • Gather data for Projects and insight generation (Business case for the Project)

  • Connect with Operations if Business Context is required

  • Close Collaboration with Process Expert/Process Specialist/SPM for KPI performance, trend analyses, process performance

  • Understand and be able to describe KPIs differences vs prior month/reporting period

  • Look for opportunities for process improvements, in collaboration with Process Specialist and Operations

  • Continuously look for improvement opportunities in report automations and data sources used

  • Act as a translator between Business and Technical Developers

  • Take care of building analytical model/BI reporting in cooperation with BI Solutions Team

  • Preparation of satisfaction surveys and calculations / visualizations for the results and data interpretation

  • Act as a KPI Tree Key user – propose improvements and new visualizations/reports, deliver trainings on KPI Tree if required

Our requirements

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Econometrics or Accounting

  • Ability to understand system complexity and data sources to translate them into insightful dashboards, reports

  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to draw conclusions and define process recommendations and improvements

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage stakeholders from different organizational areas and create content matched with stakeholder’s need and level

  • Ability to work effectively and independently

  • Collaborative and supportive approach

  • At least 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment

  • Solid process specific knowledge

  • Ability to use KPI Tree to provide analytics

Optional

  • Experience with SAP tables

  • Experience with Celonis

  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools

  • Experience with Power Query/Power Pivot

  • Project certification
