     Senior Product Change Management Manager

    Location: mazowieckie, Warszawa

    The Product Change Management role in Mondelēz organizational structure is responsible for project managing business change initiatives – for example product innovation, pack change, quality improvement, limited edition - from project initiation through to implementation & launch. This role interfaces extensively with Marketing, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Global Supply Chain, to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
    Now, for our European Product Change Management hub located in Warsaw we are looking for Project Management professionals, to enhance our team as project leaders to manage business initiatives with European range.     Main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
    Team leadership
    • Training and development of the PCM team, including face to face meeting, reviews / ratings, goals and development plans.
    • Support and advise the PCM team on project delivery through regular project reviews and support in meetings as necessary. 
    • Work with the HUB Platform Lead on recruitment of PCMs. 
    • Assist the HUB Platfrom Lead / MEU Manager PCM on planning and resourcing the team effectively to maintain an appropriate level of workload and in addition ensure their project activities are on track to meet category expectations.

    Project Management

    • Deliver the agreed projects in full accordance to the internal process & European Operating Company (EOC) guidelines, supporting service protection, delivering against agreed launch plans and minimizing risk and waste. 
    • Manage project workflows and timelines, engage and lead appropriate project teams.  
    • Execute the project scope and timing to ensure they minimize waste (raw and packaging materials), and minimizes SKU complexity, managing external artwork agencies to deliver to deadlines.
    • Ensure suitable risk assessment and contingency planning take place and is communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure the contingency plan is acted upon if necessary to keep the project on track, or recommend to acceletrate or stop the project if the business need exists.
    • Lead the correct Regulatory Product Labelling Specification and Masterdata workstreams, Design to Print and co-pack process management. Co-ordinate the appropriate sales data to meet the relevant “Ready to Sell” deadlines. 


    • Bachelor’s degree (logistics, engineering, quality, food science, operations) – or the equivalent in experience.
    • Project Management qualifications.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in consumer products environment. Working knowledge of: supply chain & supply chain principles, production, procurement, R&D, Marketing. 
    • Previous experience in Project Change Management.
    • Understanding of internal functional roles would be an asset.
    • Strong initiative to problem solving and framing alternative solutions and driving delivery.
    • Knowledge of print and packaging would be an advantage.
    • Fluent English.
