    • You'll be entering a Senior Product Controller role in a team within our newly developed Revenue Control department, part of the Product Control function

    What you'll do

    As a Senior Product Controller, you'll be responsible for running key revenue control controls, training and coaching your team mates, looking closely into the optimisation, and improving controls within the new Rates Revenue Control team.

    Day-to-day, you'll be:

    • Contributing to the remediation for complex P&L issues from both a reconciliation and revenue analysis perspective, preparing analysis and commentaries around drivers of revenues at various granularity levels
    • Assisting and assuring that the production of key daily and periodical Revenue Control processes is accurate and on time
    • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders from various divisions, supporting the department in achieving the function's strategic goals
    • Delivering a strong and robust control environment

    The skills you'll need

    We're looking for someone with strong finance and accounting knowledge together with good communication skills and the ability to improve and share knowledge, in particular:

    • A strong understanding of the financial markets in which NatWest Markets Flow Rates operates including related products, valuation and risk across various asset classes
    • An understanding of risks, regulatory, economic and financial P&L drivers
    • A comprehensive understanding of full front to back set-up within investment banking including systems, processes and functions
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, VBA and SQL
    • Strong analytical, mathematical and accounting skills
