    Senior Product Manager

    Location: Poland (remote or in the Poznan office)

    About your role:

As the largest entertainment site with 200 million monthly uniques, we are excited in taking the next steps in becoming a truly integral part of the entertainment fan experience—not only by accelerating the creation of the reference content we are known for, but also by helping fellow fans connect over their passions through new avenues of content creation while aiding the discovery of their next favorite entertainment titles.
     
    In this role, you will be contributing to teams focused on diversifying content creation and consumption across in web and native apps while creating meaningful connections between the different types of content. You will have a bias toward data and action, and can break down complex problems into steps that efficiently drive product development toward achieving OKRs.

    • Determine vision, roadmap and goals for various product development teams
    • Regularly work with other departments within the company (design, sales, marketing, etc.) to assess needs and potential impact of projects
    • Collaborate with the platform architect and development teams to determine the best possible technical solutions
    • Prioritize projects to deliver the most value to the company as efficiently as possible
    • Help analyze data and metrics to inform decisions
    • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
    • Work closely with engineering teams to reliably deliver high quality software
    • Work closely with community and growth teams to drive feature adoption and user engagement

    You have…

    • 4+ years of product management experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • The ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
    • Interest in solving challenges for a rapidly growing business
    • Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems
    • Familiar with JIRA, project management methodologies, KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, techniques to measure impact, discover requirements and perform product retrospectives
