Your responsibilities
Lead the program management function and the multi-functional execution portfolio of programs to develop new products that meet customer needs and safety (tobacco or food market preferred).
Identifies new strategies and projects for the investigation, designs, and implementation of new or improved products and/or applications, identifies future technology and intellectual property critical to future business growth and drives implementation.
Partners, influences, and coordinates with other functions in the organization to ensure stakeholders’ requirements are addressed and met as appropriate, provide consistent direction to cross functional teams.
Ensures on-time project execution and delivery by managing risks, driving decisions, sustaining commitments to decision made, and implementing contingency plans with urgency, high quality of execution and impact.
Communicates status, progress, issues with proposed resolutions, risks and mitigations impacting program schedules, scope and costs.
Leads R&D team of blenders, flavorists, sensory experts, prototype shop, technical core team members
Our requirements
At least 10 years of experience within one or more functional role(s) in FMCD R&D tobacco, food, or related industry.
Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, advanced technical writing capability, and expertise in development of risk mitigation strategies.
