About the project
As a Product Manager you will join Booksy Product Team
● Grown from a small start up, now counting almost 300 interdisciplinary professionals.
● Cooperating in a multicultural environment of over 1100 people located on 3 continents, 8 countries, 8 timezones.
● Delivering a global SaaS platform used by businesses around the world in branches including hair salons, beauty salons, physiotherapists.
● Delivering a global consumer product used to search for and book services.
Your responsibilities
Join the team responsible for our SaaS platform used by over 300 professionals in 8 countries
Work closely with our merchants to understand their expectations from our product
Work with OKRs, plan and deliver KPIs to ensure right traction of your product
Work with management team and internal stakeholders to set up vision, scope and plan for your product
Communicate your vision, plan and performance within the organization
Execute smooth product delivery with a development team
Provide relevant impact on your product KPIs
Our requirements
At least 5 years of experience in product delivery
Proficiency in agile product development
Proven track record in KPI delivery in product development
Experience in OKR framework
Very strong communication skills (a necessary condition)
Excellent command of English in speaking and writing (a necessary condition)
Passionate about getting innovation
Experience working with a highly technical team and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
