Your responsibilities

• Updating libraries AX, Costing tool and CBX

• Based on the information from planning department implementing changes of Product hierarchy, InterMix DC dictionary;

• Based on the information from planning department implementing changes of Product hierarchy, InterMix DC dictionary and other libraries;

• Acts as a second layer of verification for the product creation process in AX (verification of accuracy and completeness of data introduced on product level, such as, but not limited to licenses info, item type, fabrics, long product name, store grade, etc.);

• Collaborates directly with suppliers and DC regarding products volume and weight data;

• Collects additional product information from Quality, Imports and other departments, processes and presents in a centralized format;

• Archiving documentation on changes to master data

• Identifying areas for data quality improvements and helping to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies across all PEPCO countries

• Defining and implementing data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable

• Supporting other departments in obtainining reliable data from vendors and custoimers – set up proper procedures, KPIs and their constant monitoring

• Preparing and providing training manuals and coaching to end users, ensuring that solution is understood and adopted
