    Senior Product Owner TV
    Workplace: Warsaw
    We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner TV, who can lead the next phase of product evolution. The right candidate brings deep domain expertise, a clear point of view on the direction TV-based products, and has an expert handle on the needs of viewers.
     
    Develop TV Product Inputs & manage product life cycle
    • Gather and synthesize internal and external inputs to develop a fact-informed vision and roadmap for TMPL TV services
    • Engage with DTAG TV Product Development operations directly to ensure product-market fit and product adoption; ensure TMPL customers have a voice in product evolution
    • Co-develop user stories and detailed product requirement documentation
    • Provide market context to help product management team to develop prioritized product roadmaps
    • Translate product features into differentiated/unique customer value propositions, selling points, pricing and use cases to support sales & marketing activities
    • Coordinate with other product managers to ensure Video and Entertainment offerings are properly integrated and maximize the value of the overall convergent service offerings
    • Drive business growth responsible for the commercial success of Magenta Entertainment

    Key skills & qualifications

    • 5+ years of domain experience in product development and product management in TV/video or digital entertainment
    • Strong background in defining and writing user stories and develop a product in an agile environment
    • Demonstrated track record of developing and launching a product in the digital or entertainment field
    • Deep commercialization experience (sales support, client services, product marketing)
    • Ability to create, understand, and justify financial business cases using well understood market-based metrics.
    • University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
    • High customer orientation, innovation, digital mindset and hands-on mentality
    • Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)
    • Very good English - B2 or higher
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Technology, Product, Marketing and Sales, and Senior Leadership
    • Technical familiarity, ability to review technical concepts with marketing representatives and engineers
    • Must be a “doer” with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
    • Highly organized with a bias towards results
    • Excellent influencing skills and proven collaborator
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
    • Scrum Product Owner Certification is a plus
