About the project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager who will be instrumental in driving and executing strategic programs and initiatives within Egnyte’s portfolio. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be working closely with our engineering, product, customer success and support teams and helping them establish and execute a long-term technical strategy in alignment with the product roadmap.

Your responsibilities

  • End-to-end management, driving, and execution of the global projects, initiatives, programs within Egnyte’s Portfolio across multiple locations

  • Working in a cross-functional environment with engineering, product, and UX

  • Solving problems, dependencies, and priorities alignment conflicts on different levels

  • Working with Product Management to define and drive the completion of the Product roadmap and ensure smooth collaboration between the Product Manager and Engineering Team

  • Working with Engineering to define and drive the completion of productivity and performance goals

  • Driving​ ​the​ ​planning​ ​and​ ​execution​ ​of​ ​product​ ​releases​ ​from​ ​inception​ ​to​ ​GA.​ ​Lead​ ​a​ ​delivery team​ ​of​ ​Product​ ​Managers,​ ​Engineering,​ ​QA, and​ ​other​ ​functional​ ​teams​ ​to​ ​deliver throughout​ ​all​ ​the​ ​release​ ​phases

  • Be​ ​the​ ​expert​ ​on​ ​release​ ​lifecycle​ ​processes​ ​and​ ​champion​ ​process​ ​best​ ​practices,​ ​metrics, and​ ​high-quality​ ​standards​ ​with​ ​your​ ​delivery​ ​team

  • Independently​ ​and​ ​accurately​ ​reporting​ ​on​ ​the​ ​state​ ​of​ ​your​ ​programs and releases​ ​to​ ​executive​ ​stakeholders

  • Coaching​ ​others​ ​to​ ​maintain​ ​consistently​ ​high​ ​standards​ ​of​ ​​ ​communication,​ ​productivity, and teamwork​ ​across​ ​all​ ​teams

Our requirements

  • Passionate about Program Management, with extensive experience (preferably 5+ years) of leading and managing large-scale software development programs within a global, customer-focused product organization

  • An expert in Agile Development practices and methodologies and have proper experience implementing them at scale

  • Able to understand technical problems and can contribute to technical discussions

  • Comfortable to use English fluently​ and have good ​interpersonal and​ cross-cultural communication skills

  • Have a proven track record of influencing and delivering without formal authority

  • Comfortable with liaising across different organization levels from individual contributors to members of the executive team

  • Able to​ ​work concurrently​ ​on​ ​multiple​ ​projects​ ​and​ with different ​engineering​ teams
