Your responsibilities
As a Senior Programmatic Manager, your primary responsibility is to independently create and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSP platforms for multiple clients running international campaigns. This includes using your expertise to ensure that campaign goals and objectives are met while maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency.
You will also participate in the creation of advertising campaign strategies in the Programmatic area, working closely with other team members to develop comprehensive plans and valuations that accurately respond to the received brief. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with Planning teams and the Ad Operations department, in the ongoing handling of queries related to the programmatic area.
You will play a key role in preparing media plans and strategic presentations, leveraging your in-depth understanding of programmatic advertising to drive meaningful insights and recommendations for clients. Additionally, you will be actively involved in testing and identifying opportunities for campaign optimization, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, agency partners, and internal teams. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Overall, as a Senior Programmatic Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of programmatic campaigns, leveraging your expertise and experience to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in building, running, and optimizing programmatic campaigns optimized for multiple campaign goals (including reach, traffic & performance )
Proven proficiency in the ecosystem of DSP platforms, including the necessary knowledge of the DV360 platform. In addition, knowledge of the DMP platforms, Teads Ad Manager is welcome
Good knowledge of programs: Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the full Google Marketing Platform ecosystem, in particular: CM360, Google Analytics
Knowledge of the implementation of ad verification tools such as IAS, Moat, DoubleVerify
Analytical mind
Fluent knowledge of English in speech and writing - daily cooperation with foreign markets
Welcome: experience in working with foreign markets, in particular, CEE countries
