We are looking for Senior Project Managers to our Onshore Technology (ON TE) department. We are looking for profiles within Change Management, to join our skilled teams within ON TE in Denmark or Spain.

How to contribute to our vision

The Project Manager will be in charge of executing projects from Technology Development, with a great deal of complexity across Onshore, Offshore and service business units. The Project Manager will be responsible for the harmonization of internal processes and tools.

From our Digital engineering and Modularization Project Management office the Project Managers will drive large teams across many stakeholders and disciplines that will be key in optimizing the way of working in the Technology organizations and other parts of SGRE. Part of the main challenge within this position will be to help introduce new ways of working through digitalization and optimization of existing procedures as well as driving towards smarter working with higher value adding processes. This effort will support an efficient and predictable R&D organization globally.

A strong Project Manager with min. 10+ years of project management experience, and 4 years project or program experience at a senior level within a Change Management / Improvement Project role. You should be able to show skills in successful scoping, development, implementation and handover of projects within a large company across many business areas. You possess excellent stakeholder management and can communicate across all levels of seniority in order to communicate and share knowledge high and low within the organization. You thrive in an ever-changing organization and can motivate / mentor a global team in stressful situations with shifting scope and deadlines.
You should hold a master’s degree within Business/Finance or other relevant degrees. You should preferably have experience with software rollout, organizational change consultancy, corporate industry, with a proven track record of large change management project which has been successfully completed.
Excellent English skills is required both oral and written.
