Your responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end, strategic IT initiatives to ensure smooth delivery of business value
- Proposing optimal execution setups and implementing efficient ways of working
- Ensuring project objectives, road maps and scope are agreed and continuously prioritized in alignment with business & IT strategy
- Overseeing project execution, including release and deployment activities
- Handling project governance including budgeting, forecasting and required follow-ups
- Managing risks, dependencies and impediments
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders, managing expectations and securing buy-in
- Staffing project to build high-performing teams
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Fostering collaboration and steering teams towards culture of continuous improvements, knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices
Our requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Proven track record in execution roles in IT-related strategic and complex initiatives
- Good understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Efficient scope, schedule and budget management
- Structured risk and dependency management
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and relevant best practices
- Comfortable with frequent feedback loops and challenging conversations
- Master's degree
- Fluent English both written and spoken
