    Senior Project Manager Multichannel Management & Digitization (MM&D)

    Your role

    Are you an experienced project and team leader in an international service delivery environment? Do you have a deep interest in project/business management and digital transformation topics? We look for someone like that to:

    • lead diverse Multichannel Management & Digitization (MM&D) projects and business management topics
    • drive strategic MM&D initiatives through the entire project lifecycle in close cooperation with product managers, business and IT stakeholders
    • manage communication with various stakeholders in a cross-cultural environment
    • lead and develop a strong MM&D delivery unit in Wroclaw; continuously enhancing delivery capabilities and execution quality
    • attract, recruit, develop and retain great people together with the functional team leads; develop each team member to achieve their performance goals and full potential; manage day-to-day and long-term team administration

    Your team

    You will be responsible to manage strategic MM&D projects. In addition, you will be leading and developing our Multichannel Management & Digitization team in our Wroclaw office. We define and drive the execution of the multi-channel strategy and the digital transformation of UBS Region Switzerland to remain the leading multi-channel bank in Switzerland.

    Your experience and skills

    You have:

    • a master's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Finance or a technical discipline
    • 4+ years of previous experience in a project management and/or leadership position
    • very strong project management, analytical and reporting skills
    • proven team leadership and development skills
    • proven relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your internal customers
    • an excellent command of written and spoken German and English
    • very good skills in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint)
    • knowledge of the banking business and banking processes considered an additional asset

    You are:

    • well versed in communicating and interacting with various stakeholders
    • proactive with a can-do attitude and able to prioritize own and team's workload on a daily basis and work under pressure
    • adaptable with strong interpersonal skills
