The project involves reorganisation of more than one hundred employees in-country to form the Design Hub and enable change in ways of working for employees located in Poland, United Kingdom, and Germany. Reorganisation includes updated roles, new management structures and revised processes supported by new technology. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for implementation of all of these aspects of reorganisation.

 

 

Client Details

Our Client a recognizable media company is embarking on an ambitious project to create a new Global Design Hub. This will be a reorganisation of the existing operating model that will help the business to streamline its processes, save cost and drive quality. Delivering this Global Design Hub is a key enabler for the Company's transformation programme.

Description

  • Assemble existing business analysis and learnings from successful proof of concept
  • Create the target operating model for the Design Hub
  • Working closely with Programme Manager and Executive (Design Hub), create the project plan for realising the target operating model
  • Leveraging assembled business analysis and learnings, prepare the business case for realising the target operating model through to implementation of the project plan
  • Support the Executive (Design Hub), CEO (Business Unit Poland), and Programme Director in securing approval from the President to implement the Design Hub
  • Working as a core member of the Transformation Programme Team, execute the approved project plan

Profile

  • Must be fluent in Polish and fluent in Business English; German language skills would be a bonus
  • Extensive experience of delivering target operating model (TOM) transformation projects and/or business service centres
  • Strong business change understanding and skillset. Able to act as a "change champion", enabling people to understand the benefits and issues associated with planned change and to identify/overcome any barriers to success
  • Demonstrable business partnership experience; working with business managers to deliver enablers, business changes and benefits
  • Ability to take high-level thinking, to shape and plan project delivery, to drive maximum value and benefit
  • Full end-to-end major project experience: scoping, analysis, planning, execution, communication, change management, reporting
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Confident working and influencing at senior levels
  • Confident in managing internal and external resources, technical and functional, and operating in a multinational matrix environment
