CRO and Reg Change department delivers change into the global Credit Suisse Risk and Finance business functions. Current focus is on delivering regulatory change as driven by regulatory requirements and the strategy of the bank in the new regulatory environment.

The Project Manager role is a key role within the programme, working closely with the Programme Manager, providing excellent analytical skills and experience to deliver on key initiatives within CRO and Reg Change, delivering change leveraging extended IT and Business project teams.

You can expect to have interactions with people across both business and technical teams at varying levels of seniority and across many different locations so should possess strong presentation skills. As a Project Manager you will utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills and must be capable of producing clear, unambiguous status reports and interacting positively with senior business management, department heads and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing varying sized programmes, including complex projects.
  • Test management to either oversee or manage the testing life cycle related to project deliverables.
  • Understanding and use complex systems to take a logical and constructive approach to investigating, communicating and resolving accounting/ system problems and challenges that arise within projects.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships when dealing directly with external clients and third parties.
  • Plan and organize workload when working to tight deadlines and maintain a clear head when faced with multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Get into the detail where required in order to demonstrate ownership and understanding of project objectives and business partner requirements.
  • Manage and coach junior Business Analysts.

You will influence multiple partners across different locations and time zones and often with divergent priorities whilst keeping your responsibilities on track against the backdrop of a continually changing regulatory landscape.
