Your responsibilities
Building up a plan for managing implementation projects as part of Client’s business transformation in the ERP domain
Representing the company in contacts with C-level Managers at Clients
Project management in an international environment
Managing the work of the project team, ongoing supervision over the course of work - timeliness and quality
Time, change, scope and budget management throughout the project lifecycle
Risk management (including – active proposal and implementation of solutions aimed at reducing project risks)
Optimization of processes within the framework of implemented projects
Reporting project progress for internal purposes and for the Client
Our requirements
You have min. 10 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the IT (software) industry
You have completed transformation projects, you know what Change Management is.
English business fluent is a must. Other languages will be a plus.
You have excellent understanding of the project lifecycle.
Knowledge of ERP systems will be the asset.
You understand how important it is to be oriented towards understanding the client's needs.
You are characterized by high analytical thinking skills.
Problem solving ability with adherence to deadlines and tight timeliness.
Self-driven approach with ability to work under pressure.
