About the project
You will be responsible for managing implementation of integrations projects within the Global program and you will be focused on delivering global integrated solutions.
Your responsibilities
define, plan, and direct the execution of assigned integration projects while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk to produce a high quality product
creating and tracking project plans
effectively leading and facilitating project meetings
resource management, tracking budgets and financial forecasts
manage relationships with various IT and business stakeholder
coordinate the team work with the vendors and other stakeholders
Our requirements
5+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager (implementation projects)
3-4 years of experience with Cloud Computing
experience with CRM solutions
experienced in risk and issue management
fluent English – at least C1
good knowledge of project management methods (PMP or Prince2 practitioner certification)
knowledge of good practices on IT service delivery market, such as ITIL, and knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban)
knowledge of HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools
