About the project
As Application Security Team, we deliver services to one of the biggest investment banking organisation.
The services are grouped within two so-called capabilities: “Entry Services” and “SSO and API Security”.
The projects to be managed by the Program Manager / Senior Project Manager are based on the direct internal clients requests and are medium to high size and complexity. The team is of 50+ size and is distributed across India, Poland, Switzerland and UK.
Your responsibilities
- Program and project management to deliver against agreed scope time and within the budget. This includes resources planning, change management and RAID log management
- Project status reporting and Stakeholder management
- Engage with SMEs to ensure seamless delivery of all IT tasks within the program / projects and remove any organizational obstacles if necessary
- Work within an international team and provide clear leadership and direction to its members, including integrating with and providing oversight of development deliverables
Our requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Awareness of software development cycles as well as agile project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict solving skills
- At least 5 years of IT Program / Project Management experience in medium+ size projects / programs with geographically distributed and diverse teams
- Strong project management skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, solution and results-oriented approach, ability to deliver quality under high workload
- Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Visio, Confluence and Jira
