To extend our team of ~15 project and program managers in Wroclaw we are currently looking for a seasoned, self-driven PM, able to run medium to large software development projects for our customers all around the world. 

Senior Project Manager

You are a good match, if you have:

  • Substantial commercial experience in software project management
  • Deep understanding of both agile and traditional PM methodologies
  • Experience in risk, change and stakeholder management
  • Experience in working with international customers and geographically dispersed teams
  • Top communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to travel (occassionally)
  • Fluent English
 
You get extra points for:
  • Experience in account/program management and pre-sales;
  • Certifications or degrees in project management or similar;
  • Industry-specific experience in Retail (e-commerce, click & collect systems, other large scale retail systems);
  • Having a tech background and deeply understanding software development intricacies;
  • Being an agile advocator and JIRA wizard;      
  • Speaking German.

You will be responsible for: 
  • Autonomously managing project execution from pre-sales to delivery
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, while dealing with the factors of time, budget and scope
  • Managing, motivating and leading agile project teams
  • Building strong, long-term relations with customers
  • Collaborating with sales on account growth and new opportunitnies
  • Working with us on constant refinement of PM processes
