Leading the coordination and preparation of small to medium proposals, working directly with technical staff (may support large, strategic pursuits under the guidance of senior Sales staff)
Supporting our Client Account Managers and Operations Leaders in the UK during Middle Game (pre-positioning) and End Game (proposal process) activities.
Leading proposal kick-off meetings and other milestone meetings
Preparing and ensuring compliant and timely proposal deliverables by managing self and proposal team, and meeting client requirements
Coordinating, writing, editing/tailoring, and performing research for non-technical proposal sections (without supervision); ensuring compliance; identifying, communicating, and mitigate potential issues/variances
Coordinating/providing direction to graphic designers, publishing technicians, editors, reprographics specialists, and other support staff; coordinating with and collecting information from teaming partners and subconsultants
Supporting planning and development of presentations and interviews of all sizes
Serving as a subject matter expert and following set procedures, policies, protocols, and best practices, including standard file management and archiving procedures, as well as Branding Guidelines
Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in big Engineering companies
Fluent English skills (written and verbal)
Strong communication skills
Organisation and leadership skills to manage challenging opportunities
Ability to prioritize and communicate what is most important for the success of the business
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing deadlines
Discipline to work remotely with teams in different time zones
Strong capability in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Saleforce or similar CRM system will be a plus
