Your responsibilities
- Analyzing HR/recruitment processes, identifying process gaps and introducing process improvements
- Analyzing targets and quality metrics
- Cooperating with stakeholders across CoRE EMEA to ensure high quality of HR/recruitment operations and other internal processes
- Ensuring effective knowledge transfer and knowledge retention across the organization
- Providing coaching and training and driving L&D initiatives
- Developing Quality Assurance function
Our requirements
- Deep understanding of recruitment/HR processes
- Quality Assurance experience
- L&D experience
- High problem-solving and analytical skills
- High communication skills
- Management skills
- Self-driven and independent
- Good knowledge of Office 365 tools
- Fluent English (at least C1)
