AMS is expanding the long-lasting partnership with Barclays to deliver expert support to their global talent acquisition function.  We are in the process of building the new team in Krakow that will deliver the service to Barclays internal candidates across the globe.
We are currently searching for individuals to join Barclays Career Transition Services (CTS) team and support at-risk internal candidates to find and secure alternative opportunities across Barclays. This role will be responsible for managing relationship with redeployee candidates and will be supporting them throughout the internal recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted
• Registration & requirement gathering calls with candidates
• Design & execution of Career Transition Plans for each individual (co-operation with Internal Mobility team and Sourcing)
• Support in updating colleagues’ Avature talent profiles
• Support with CV and interview preparation
• Close co-operations with Internal Mobility team for any additional support identified
• Ensuring internal first philosophy, close-liaison with Recruitment and Sourcing teams to discuss suitable vacancy matches, track progress of applicants and ensure appropriate feedback is given
• Facilitating interactive events for at-risk colleagues
• Producing communications to a high standard (e.g. client presentations) and in accordance with the clients brand guidelines if required
• Involvement in any relevant client presentations and evaluation / review meetings
• Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the team
