    Senior Recruiter
    Workplace: Katowice / Virtual

    As a Recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for PeopleScout’s RPO clients. You will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Senior Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with Hiring Managers located across the globe to understand role requirements and client expectations
    • Identify, qualify, and submit candidates by using proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques including, but not limited to job boards (including diversity, industry, and military-focused sites) as well as Boolean searches, referrals, social media and networks
    • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking in the ATS and generating reports
    • Providing partners/clients with regular updates on work status and progress
    • Providing clients with market intelligence and acting as an advisor by suggesting various solutions
    • Building client brand by creating excellent candidate experience
    • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
    • Identifying potential areas of improvement
    • Supporting Team Manager in day-to-day operations, flagging issues and challenges and suggesting resolutions    
    • Acting as a point of contact for issues and escalation and providing resolutions
    • Managing the workload effectively according to priorities and team’s capacities

    Requirements

    • Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment - preferably in a large, international company
    • Knowledge of local market in Katowice would be considered as a great asset
    • Excellent recruitment & sourcing skills & knowledge, proven at work
    • Excellent understanding of recruiting principles & being able to educate other colleagues   
    • Proven experience with applicant tracking systems & other recruitment tools          
    • Excellent skills in conducting interviews and screening conversations with candidates
    • Experience in social media recruitment including approaching passive candidates and building brand awareness
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent consultative & customer service skills
