    The EMEA Talent Acquisition Organisation supports all hiring countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa – comprising nearly 40 possible hiring locations. The largest recruiting locations include Poland, Germany, Israel, and the United Kingdom.
    This role is based in Krakow, Poland, and is reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager.

    Job Description

    In this position, Senior EMEA Recruiter will:

    • Set up and execute recruitment strategy and planning in multiple locations
    • Be the first point of contact for the business area/line managers also on the executive level
    • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment activities including direct sourcing, consultations, negotiations and on-boarding activities
    • Proactively work with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans  
    • Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs
    • Provide subject matter expertise to hiring communities around the total end-to-end staffing solution and market conditions
    • Coach line managers on recruitment policies including selection processes and interview techniques.
    • Manage branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within EMEA region.

     

    Basic Requirements

    Skills Required:

    • 3+ years of experience in a recruiter/sourcer role
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Fluent English
    • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Passive candidate sourcing experience
