We are looking for candidates for whole recruitment structure: Team Leader, Recruiter and Junior Recruiter. Team will recruit mostly for accounting and payroll roles for offices in Katowice and Warsaw.

Description

• Build and manage the recruitment team (Team Lead)
• Active sourcing of candidates
• Manage full cycle recruitment process
• Cooperate and build relations with Hiring Managers
• Ensure recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent
• Develop consultative and constructive relationships with business stakeholders

Profile

• Relevant experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Very good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of best recruitment practices
• Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environment
• Great interpersonal skills
