- Pro - actively build talent engaged and positive candidate pipelines
- Match and screen applied and passive candidates
- Exceptional shortlists in a challenging sector
- Proactive and regular communication to stakeholder groups
- Manage the process Perform recruitment administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience hiring in the polish market
- Experience of end to end recruitment processes.
- Based in Poland, with willingness to travel to Warsaw (once or twice a month for 1-2 days)
- Interest to be part of the Projects team, and to join other projects after completion.
