Your responsibilities
Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle and partner with the People Team and Hiring Managers between the candidate accepting an offer and starting in the business
Coaching and influencing hiring managers on best practices around Diversity & Inclusion, throughout the candidate journey that helps cultivate the right company culture where difference is respected and encouraged
Write and approve all job adverts released externally ensuring they are compliant and drive appropriate levels of attraction
Collaborate closely with the People team and provide specialist recruitment knowledge to ensure the delivery of the People Strategy driving performance and ultimately supporting the achievement of business goals
Where appropriate, you will be required to manage the 360-recruitment process for hiring within the business area you support at the appropriate grading levels.
Responsible for ensuring process compliance around the ATS system to ensure risk around personal and sensitive data is minimised and to support the use of the ATS by hiring managers
Use social sourcing for talent including a detailed knowledge and proven experience of using LinkedIn as well as a familiarity other talent / social sourcing tools such as Google Jobs, job boards, programmatic attraction etc.
Our requirements
Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an in-house Talent Acquisition environment (would consider mix of in-house / agency experience)
Proven track record of Corporate hiring and strong overall sourcing skills across Corporate/Commercial/B2B industries preferable
A working knowledge of HR best practices
Proven track record of developing effective relationships and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
Confidence in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
Demonstrate the ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to influence change
Understanding of using Social Media and technology in recruitment

Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Senior Recruiter.
The Senior Recruiters purpose is to work in close partnership with the allocated business hiring managers and key People stakeholders to deliver the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy: “Make Amazing Recruitment Happen”: ensuring that RS can be First Choice and make amazing happen by hiring the best, most diverse people, who have the skills, values, mindset and potential to help realise Destination 2025.
This role will offer the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis with a blend of working from home and going into our Warsaw offices 2 days per week.
