Senior Recruiter

 The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Ongoing recruitment/sourcing at all levels and to all company departments with a strong focus on sales
• Job interviews and the assessment of candidates
• Updates of CV database
• Achieving core KPIs
• Building strong pipeline of candidates
• Talent search within and outside of the organisation

Our requirements:

• At least 3-year experience in recruitment (experience in recruitment agency is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (necessary)
• Experience in cooperation with a demanding internal clients
• Ability to work in dynamic and changing environment
• Excellent communication skills (strong and confident communicator)
• Excellent organisational & planning skills
• Flexible with duties and scope of work
• University degree
• Ability to meet deadlines
