Twój zakres obowiązków
- As a senior member of the team, you will have full responsibility for project management of end-to-end recruitment as well as client relationship management.
- Your role will involve:
- Project management including customers’ hiring plans, timelines and workforce management in order to deliver.
- Service delivery management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participating in regular business review meetings.
- Recruiting specialists and managerial roles including search, screening and candidate management.
- Acting as a key contact for clients’ updates, feedbacks and escalations.
- Consulting and advising customers on the local labour market, talent availability, skillset, salaries and candidates’ expectations.
- Analysing data (KPIs, SLAs) and making recommendations.
- As a front-line company ambassador, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and developing deep customer relationships.
- Key company representative at networking events; creating long-term relationships with local market players.
Nasze wymagania
- We look for:
- Previous experience in end-to-end recruiting in SSC/BPO or Fin-Tech industry.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- Stakeholder management experience including global hiring managers and senior candidates.
- Open-minded, can-do attitude and dedicated to performing top-level professional services.
- Customer-oriented, business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Someone who enjoys pressure and an environment that is always changing and interesting.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- A very strong interest in dealing with people.
- Excellent communication, presenting and influencing skills.
