Your responsibilities
Manage full-life cycle recruitment needs starting from the kick off meeting until the offering stage
Identify qualified candidates profiles using various sourcing techniques
Conduct direct search of the candidates
Effectively assess talent ensuring cultural & competency fit
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring goals and create recruiting strategies
Maintain effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Employer Branding activities
Preparing reports and analysis in the recruitment area
Take part in continues improvement initiatives
Our requirements
+5 years of experience in running end to end recruitment projects including international projects, including active search of candidates from international markets.
Experience in advanced research skills, Boolean, social media and alternative search techniques
Experience in life- science industry is an asset
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent English is a must
