Senior Regulatory and Medical Affairs Specialist
Location: Warszawa
The person on this position will help us navigate a complex regulatory environment. You’ll ensure we remain compliant and continue to deliver the highest quality products. You’ll track, interpret and anticipate legislation and ensure we make smart decisions for the future. You will communicate and interact with cross-functional projects. The position provides the opportunity to work directly with several departments as Supply, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, as well as Senior Management.
 
Your responsibility will be all activities for regulatory compliance of medical devices, cosmetics, general products in Poland such as:
  • Conduct notifications to the Authorities
  • Artwork and advertising review from Regulatory perspective including recommendation for further improvement
  • Review that regulated claims are appropriately supported and provide guidance from Regulatory perspective as needed
  • Managing assigned projects as directed
  • Support smooth business processes by preventing disruptions due to regulatory aspects
  • Work closely with Marketing on the development of Regulatory claims
  • Supporting brand development from Regulatory Affairs perspective
  • Maintenance of product information in relevant data bases Maintenance of internal Regulatory administrative data bases
  • Perform tasks related to trade association activities
  • Enhance Regulatory knowledge within the team by providing learnings from own projects which are applicable to other brands and/or countries
  • Perform Regulatory related invoicing tasks

Candidates requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences
  • 1-3 years experience in Regulatory Affairs in area of cosmetics, medical devices and food supplements
  • Understanding of the science and technology of the products
  • MS-Office skills
  • Following rules & legislations as well as internal procedures
  • Results & solution orientation
  • Self-drive and ownership
  • Consulting ability
  • Good communication skills (in order to transfer regulatory knowledge to non-regulatory audience)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent in English
