CRO and Regulatory Change is responsible for global regulatory foresight, regulatory change and supporting the business with a BAU operating framework where applicable. We work together to identify regulations impacting Credit Suisse, and ensure that these are implemented in order to maintain the Bank’s compliance in a manner which is both effective and efficient.

As a Senior Regulatory Change PM/BA, you will become part of the Regulatory Change team, responsible for analysing and addressing new rules and regulations globally in order to facilitate compliance of Credit Suisse’s Global Markets (GM) and Investment Banking and Capital Markets (IBCM) divisions with the new regulatory obligations.

In this role you will build expertise of the global financial regulatory landscape across all continents, grow an extensive network with regulatory compliance and legal specialists, and business partners, and form a substantial understanding of Credit Suisse’s global business footprint.

  • You will be responsible for new rules and regulations applicable to the GM and IBCM divisions globally.
  • You will coordinate with a diverse group of impacted partners within the respective divisions, as well as other divisions where relevant, to ensure that new regulatory requirements are implemented appropriately within the organization.
  • You will improve relationships with key team members to ensure adequate awareness of regulations and to obtain the appropriate input and approval of solutions.
  • You will analyse the rules to understand scope, applicability, and business and operational requirements to ensure compliance.
  • You will develop an in-depth knowledge of Credit Suisse GM & IBCM business operations and structures to enable you to understand gaps created by new regulations and design effective solutions.
  • You will interact with other members of CRO and Regulatory Change department to increase overall collaboration and further develop the division’s capabilities.

You Offer

  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a regulatory, legal & compliance, or risk environment.
  • You have strong project management skills, with at least 2-3 years’ experience; experience with regulatory projects would be a strong advantage (project management, requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation).
  • You have detailed working knowledge of the Investment Banking industry.
  • You have excellent presentation and partner management skills and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness.
  • Hardworking, ambitious individual with outstanding written and verbal communication in English.
  • You show strong analytical and logical approach and you are able to work independently in order to design solutions which are both effective and practical.
